This role is on-site.Responsibilities IncludeImporting works from client systems into Works Management Systems, with a focus on accurate information and correction where requiredSubmitting Permits in accordance with the Traffic Management ActEntering permit work starts, stops and registration details across multiple contracts in a timely and accurate manner to tight deadlinesReporting on works instructions received and distribution internally and externallyAdministration of defective and interim reinstatements, including liaising with Depots, external partners, and Highway AuthoritiesWorking PatternPlease note the work pattern is five days a week 8am to 5pm and this includes weekend and evening working on a rota basis, 2 weekends per month with TOIL.In Addition To This Our TeamEvening work 9-10pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis with additional compensationBank holiday cover at 1.5 x hourly rate and TOILWeekend working with TOIL during weekdays on a rota basis.Could you be the one?Previous experience in an administration focused roleProficient user of Microsoft Office suiteExcellent customer service skillsAn understanding of NRSWA legislation is preferrable but not required as full training is providedIn Return For Your Commitment, We OfferA competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 per annum plus:A well maintained working environmentTraining and DevelopmentCareer ProgressionOnsite parkingRefreshmentsLife insuranceFerns Group are dedicated to diversity in the workplace and committed to treating all our employees and job applicants equally.
