Job summary Everstead Home Care is a premium private-pay agency in Burlington, MA specializing in dementia, Parkinson's, and post-surgical care for seniors across Greater Boston. We are building our referral network and looking for a relationship-driven business developer who knows the Greater Boston senior care ecosystem — and wants to build from the ground up.If you have existing relationships with hospital discharge planners, geriatric care managers, or elder law attorneys in Greater Boston — this role is for you.DutiesBuild and manage a growing portfolio of referral relationships — including hospital discharge planners, geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, senior living communities, and primary care physicians — across the Greater Boston marketConduct regular in-person visits to referral partners, presenting Everstead's clinical standards, service lines, and caregiver credentialing model in a compelling and credible wayDevelop and execute a territory growth strategy in coordination with the CEO — identifying high-value referral sources, prioritizing outreach, and tracking relationship progress in CRMManage the referral-to-intake handoff — ensuring every referred family receives a timely, professional response that reflects the company's standardRepresent Everstead at community events, senior care networking functions, and professional association meetings to build brand presence and referral credibilityTrack and report referral source activity, pipeline conversion, and client acquisition metrics weeklyCollaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operational capacity supports the referral pipelineExperienceProven experience in home care, home health, or senior care business development with a demonstrated track record of building referral relationships that convert to revenueExisting relationships with Greater Boston hospital discharge planners, geriatric care managers, or elder law attorneys strongly preferredDeep familiarity with the Greater Boston senior care ecosystem — understanding who the key referral sources are, how they evaluate home care agencies, and what it takes to earn their trustStrong individual contributor profile — this is a territory ownership role, not a team management roleCRM discipline — experience logging activity, tracking pipeline, and reporting on referral source performanceAbility to speak credibly about clinical care standards, caregiver credentialing, and condition-specific careMassachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation requiredExperience in a startup or early-stage environment where you built something rather than maintained something is a strong plusBenefits & Comp .
