Director of Corporate Events & PartnershipsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Corporate Events & Partnerships to lead the planning, production, and execution of high-level corporate events, brand activations, and private client experiences. Remote flexibility, Hamptons in season, NYC, and Miami TravelThis is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of events - from initial concept through execution - while managing internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.This role focuses exclusively on corporate, brand, and private client events.No weddings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the full lifecycle of corporate events, brand activations, and private dining experiencesServe as the primary point of contact for high-level clients, agencies, and partnersTranslate client vision into clear, executable event plans aligned with budget and brand standardsOversee internal coordination across sales, culinary, operations, and staffing teamsReview and refine BEOs, timelines, and production plans to ensure operational excellenceMaintain strong communication across all departments to ensure seamless executionProvide on-site leadership for larger-scale events ($50K+) and key client experiencesTroubleshoot in real time and ensure a high-touch, white-glove guest experienceBuild and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and partnersIdentify and support new business and partnership opportunitiesEnsure events are executed efficiently while maintaining profitability and brand standardsSalary Range$150,000 - $250,000 total compensation, based on experience and performance
