This position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building lasting partnerships, and is driven to achieve results.What You’ll DoAchieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertiseSpend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customersBuild long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizationsDevelop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face meetingsPartner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfactionCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 plus $13k+ in guaranteed commission, plus uncapped commission, and reflects factors such as experience, skills, certifications, education, location, and market conditions. This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential—our compensation plan rewards results.This position includes standard IRS mileage reimbursement, paid training and ongoing sales development, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and more).You’ll represent premium, well-known products backed by a trusted, privately held company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, so you can sell with confidence.What We’re Looking For2–4+ years of outside B2B sales experience within prospecting experience and/or building materials or construction industry experience.Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, and communication skillsKnowledge of commercial building codes and blueprint interpretation preferredValid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
