TextUs is the leading conversational messaging platform for mobile-first customer interactions. We improve business outcomes by allowing organizations to have amazing, message-based conversations with their prospects, customers, and employees across their entire journey with the organization.OverviewTextUs has a thriving channel business that has grown organically over the years. Starting this year, we are building a new channel team with a more intentional go-to-market sales and marketing plan for growth. This role will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing alliance partners to generate sales referrals for our direct sales team. Current partners include Salesforce, Microsoft, Workday, Hubspot and numerous Application Tracking Systems.Core ResponsibilitiesWork with VP, Channels & Alliances to research, identify, qualify, and recruit new alliance partnersEnable partner sales teams with product demos, marketing and sales materialsBuild productive long-term relationships with partner managers and sales teams at our partnersDrive incentives and SPIFs for partner sales teamsLeverage Partner Relationship Management software to perform account mapping with partnersCollaborate with TextUs CRO and Account Executives to co-sell with partnersWork closely with TextUs Marketing to develop joint marketing programs and assets including webinarsMaintain account, contact and opportunity data within Salesforce CRMAchieve monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and MRR growth10-15% travel to attend conferences and visit partners may be requireWho You Are3-4 years within a SaaS marketing, sales or partnership organizationExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience developing sales presentations and materialsComfortable presenting and conducting product demos to audiences of 5 to 10 peopleTechnical understanding and keen interest for technologyCompetitive, sales focused and goal orientedSelf-starter who thrives in a startup environmentComfortable working with sales tools including Salesforce, sales engagement software such as Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfoEMPLOYMENT DETAILSJob Type: Full timeCompensation Range: $90,000 – $100,000OTE: $120,000 – $130,000Location: Remote (US) / Headquartered in Denver, COTarget Start Date: 2 weeks from offer date# hires for this role: 1Reporting to: VP, Channels & AlliancesBy submitting your resume for this role, you consent to communication via text and emailINTERVIEW PROCESSInitial call w.
