Become a valuable member of our team and make a meaningful impact!Duties/Responsibilities:Pull orders from the printer.Organize orders by aisle location, to minimize your walking pattern (excellent organizational skills needed)Accurately scan product out of location using RF ScannerCheck Product being picked against sales order to avoid pick errors.Notify a team leader of orders with discrepancies or problems.Pick quickly and efficiently.Able to walk approximately 7 + miles per day.Scan sales order part number, serial numbers and verify quantity.Pack product to meet shipping requirements.Place packed orders on conveyorClean general work area to ensure safety. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Requirements: Reliable transportationMust have a clean criminal background and pass a mandatory drug test and physicalExperience in loading and unloading trucks for shipping and receivingBasic knowledge in UPS & FEDEX shipping functionsMust be able to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbsMust be able to read and write in English.Good math skills (+ - X /)Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethicWorks well under pressureRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to complete work assignments with minimal supervisionAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentAbility to work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independentlyHigh attention to detail and ability to learn quicklyMust be reliable, maintain consistent attendanceEducation and Experience:High school diploma or better2+ previous warehouse experienceRF Scanner experience preferred but not mandatory.Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle., or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must lift and/or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
