You'll support lead teachers, assist with lesson implementation, and help create a safe and happy learning environment where Happy Happens Here!What You'll Do:Support teachers in classrooms ranging from Infant to Preschool as needed.Implement daily routines and assist with The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.Ensure classrooms remain safe, organized, and engaging.Step in to cover breaks, vacations, or absences to maintain quality care and consistency.
