Purpose: The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for the leadership, performance, and operational excellence of a defined group of retail locations. This role drives monthly and annual sales performance through the development, coaching, and accountability of General Managers. The Multi-Unit Manager ensures execution of company standards, achievement of sales goals, and consistent delivery of a high-performing, results-driven culture across all assigned locations.General Description of duties:This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Monitor, analyze, and execute strategies to improve store performance across key KPIs, including sales, conversion, staffing, and profitability Drive performance, accountability, and operational standards across a designated group of stores Achieve and exceed monthly and annual net written sales plans and delivered sales goals across all assigned locations Lead, coach, and develop a team of General Managers to ensure high performance, engagement, and execution consistency Hold General Managers accountable for overall store results, including sales performance, staffing, customer experience, and associate development Conduct regular store visits and inspections to ensure execution of visual standards, cleanliness, organization, pricing accuracy, and overall brand presentation Partner with General Managers to identify performance gaps and implement actionable plans to drive improvement Collaborate with corporate partners (HR, Accounting, Merchandising, IT) to ensure alignment with company initiatives, policies, and operational standards Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations concerns, including coaching, discipline, investigations, and terminations Identify training needs and execute development plans for General Managers and sales teams in partnership with HR and Merchandising Ensure General Managers fully understand promotions, sales strategies, and compensation structures to effectively lead their teams Participate in physical inventory processes and ensure inventory accuracy across all assigned stores Drive staffing strategies by partnering with Talent Acquisition and General Managers to recruit, hire, and retain high-performing teams Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained in all locations to support sales and customer service goals Conduct regular performance reviews and business reviews with General Managers; review and validate Sales Associate performance evaluations Reinforce adherence to the Sales Compensation Plan and serve as a resource for leadership-related questions Maintain a strong focus on developing leadership bench strength and succession planning within the marketQualifications:Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop multiple Store/General Managers in a multi-unit retail environment Strong track record of driving sales performance and holding leaders accountable for results Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and align teams toward achieving business goals Ability to analyze business metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage through others and build high-performing teams Requirements: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred.3-5 years experience in leading a multi-unit sales and customer service environment or 10 years of qualified equivalent experience.
