Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Hendersonville, TN, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. Tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with clients and stakeholders; supervising subcontractors; ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards; and conducting regular inspections to ensure the project meets specifications and requirements. Effective communication and leadership are essential for success in this position.QualificationsExperience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing complex projectsProficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor for project logistics, supply chains, and materials managementExpertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specificationsStrong knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee the flow of resources and coordinate efficient project operationsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and subcontractorsProficiency in construction project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredPrior on-site construction management experience is highly desirable
