The Parts Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing the activities of the Parts Department within policies of Carter Machinery. Seeking candidates with previous parts management experience in heavy construction equipment industry; Previous supervisory experience a plus; College degree preferred./ppRequirements for the Parts Supervisor position include:/pulliThorough knowledge of equipment parts and components./liliStrong mechanical aptitude./liliRequires ability to evaluate facts and maintain good judgment when making decisions./liliMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands.
