We deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated wealth management technology platform to professionals in the financial services industry.Opportunity:Based either in the Oak Brook, IL or Chicago, IL, the Vice President, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for owning the post-sale enterprise client experience, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, fully adopted, and continuously deriving value from the firm’s platform and solutions. This role serves as the primary strategic partner to clients after contract execution, focusing on client satisfaction, platform utilization, retention, and expansion.In addition to managing existing client relationships, the VP, Enterprise Solutions leads outreach related to new product launches, enhancements, and implementations, working cross-functionally with Sales, Strategic Consulting, Enterprise Services, Advisor Services and Product.
