Maintenance Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Technician, located in Newbern, TN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Additional responsibilities include maintaining industrial equipment, assisting with upgrades and installations, and adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Qualifications Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance 1-2 years is preferredStrong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical issuesProficiency in Preventive Maintenance and its applicationAbility to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks efficiently and effectivelyFamiliarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures in industrial settingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work in an on-site environment and adhere to schedulesRelevant certifications or technical training in industrial maintenance are a plus
