About the company:We are helping our client, an award-winning design studio, focused on working with product teams that drive positive change. They design products (digital and physical), brands, marketing campaigns, and produce live-action and animated videos.The recent and past clients include Microsoft, Google, Crusoe, Toyota, X-box, Y-combinator, and Petcube.About the role:This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for someone who is equally strong at relationship-building, partner service and growth.You should know how to build trust, spot opportunities, and turn them into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with their sales lead, founders, design directors, and project managers.In this role you will:Build and grow their network in San Francisco through events, meetups, introductions, and ongoing relationshipsBecome a trusted face of the studio in the Bay Area and help create a strong local presenceSupport their sales lead during project kickoffs, important meetings, and larger partner conversationsHelp maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, especially on larger retainer accountsMake sure great projects stay with them and continue to grow over timeAct as a bridge between partners and the internal team across strategy, design, production, and deliveryHelp partners feel supported, understood, and excited to work with them - both online and in personAbout you:2-3+ years of experience in account management, client services, partnerships, or a similar role.Experience working in an agency, creative studio, branding, advertising, design, or digital environmentStrong relationship-building skills - you genuinely enjoy meeting people, building trust, and maintaining connectionsHighly charismatic, proactive, and entrepreneurialA "hustler" mentality - someone who takes ownership and makes things happen without waiting to be askedAn existing network in San Francisco or the Bay Area is a big plusExperience with corporate, enterprise, or larger retained accounts is a plusBenefits:100% remote position.Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays.Coverage for professional development courses or workshops.
