Power Electrical Engineer

Lead the electrical development of complex systems or multiple subsystems.Define and drive electrical architecture and system integration for major projects.Conduct cross-functional design reviews and resolve technical conflicts.Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and methodologies.Oversee hardware bring-up, debugging, and support for manufacturing and deployment.Evaluate vendor solutions to ensure alignment with Meta’s requirements.Mentor and coach engineers at all levels.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.8+ years of experience in electrical design and system-level architecture.Demonstrated technical leadership in electrical engineering domains.Experience delivering products from concept to mass production.Proficiency with design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, MATLAB).Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in AI tools integration and power system architecture.
