Job Title: Scrum Master (SAFe Certified) – Airlines IndustryEmployment Type: Long Term Contract Work Authorization; Only US Citizens Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Only) Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with SAFe Certification who has a strong background in the airlines industry to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, driving team performance, and ensuring successful delivery within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.This role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced airline domain.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for one or more Agile teams within a SAFe framework Facilitate Agile ceremonies including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives PI Planning (Program Increment) Remove impediments and guide the team to improve productivity and efficiency Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and stakeholders Ensure alignment with SAFe principles and Agile best practices Track and communicate team progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.) Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and ownership Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams Ensure timely delivery of features and adherence to quality standards Required QualificationsSAFe Certification (SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist preferred) 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Prior experience in the Airlines / Aviation industry (MANDATORY) Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience working in large enterprise Agile transformations Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Preferred QualificationsExperience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams Knowledge of airline systems such as: Reservation systems Passenger Service Systems (PSS) Revenue Management / Scheduling systems Prior experience in DevOps or CI/CD environments is a plus
