Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of beauty services and possess excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* - Provide a range of hair, skin, and nail services including cutting, coloring, styling, manicures, pedicures, and more - Stay updated on current beauty trends and techniques - Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Recommend appropriate hair and skin care products - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Mentor junior staff members when necessary *Requirements* - Valid Cosmetology license - Proficiency in barbering, nail care, color theory, hair threading, and the use of a straight razor - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members - Experience in store management or front desk operations is a plus - Familiarity with MINDBODY software is advantageous Join our team to showcase your creativity and talent in the beauty industry!
