Administrative Assistant / HR & Operations Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant / HR & Operations Coordinator to support a key leader within a growing, well-established Sonoma County organization. This is a highly visible role where you will act as a true right hand—bringing structure, managing priorities, and supporting both executive and HR operations. This role goes beyond traditional admin support—ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and helping leadership make informed decisions.
