This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as you will be supporting a diverse workforce and communicating directly with teammates and client leadership on a daily basis.Pay and ScheduleSecond shift onsite supervisor roles range from $20.00 to $25.00 per hourAdditional earning potential through commission structureOvertime as needed, with flexibility to meet client needsOpportunities for growth and advancementWhat You'll Do as an Onsite SupervisorSupervise daily check-ins, attendance, and overall workforce activityTrack time punches and manage end-of-shift reportingBuild and maintain strong client relationships while proactively addressing staffing needsRemain flexible in schedule and responsibilities to support client demands and operational changesCommunicate effectively in both Spanish and English with teammates, leadership, and clientsSupport teammates through onboarding, orientation, training, and performance feedbackConsistently deliver service that goes above and beyond client and teammate expectationsPartner with the branch team to recruit, onboard, and develop top talentManage administrative tasks including maintaining records, producing badges, and reportingUtilize ATS and HR systems to track candidates, manage workflows, and ensure complianceSkills and ExperienceFluent in Spanish and English required1 to 3 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or a supervisory roleExperience in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plusStrong leadership and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience with ATS platforms, G Suite, and HR systemsBenefitsAt ?nin Staffing, we empower our employees through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, allowing you to share in our success.
