Position Type:Transportation Date Posted:3/24/2026 Location:Transportation JOB TITLE: Mechanic Support/Assistant WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Non-exempt REPORTS TO: Shop Foreman PAY GRADE: DEPT/SCHOOL: Student Transportation DAYS EMPLOYED: 240 DATE REVISED: February 2023 PRIMARY PURPOSE:Perform minor mechanical repairs and maintenance. Assist mechanics in preventative maintenance and ensure proper performance and safety of all district vehicles. Perform assigned work following established policies and procedures.
