As a Termite Closer, you'll meet with homeowners, inspect properties for wood-destroying organisms, educate customers on risks and solutions, and confidently close treatment and prevention services.This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who thrives in the field, loves face-to-face interaction, and wants unlimited earning potential.What You'll Be Owning:Conduct thorough termite inspections of residential propertiesIdentify termite activity, conducive conditions, and structural risk factorsEducate homeowners on termite behavior, prevention, and treatment optionsPresent customized treatment plans and confidently close the saleClearly communicate pricing, scope of work, and next stepsComplete accurate inspection reports and production documentationCoordinate with service technicians to ensure seamless executionMaintain and operate company vehicle and equipment professionallyDeliver VIP-level customer experiences from first contact to signed agreementYou're a Perfect Fit If You:Love being in the field and meeting new people dailyHave a strong closing mentality and thrive on performance-based payAre confident explaining technical information in simple termsAre self-motivated, competitive, and goal-drivenBring professionalism, integrity, and follow-through to every interactionWant uncapped earning potentialRequirements:What You Bring to the Table:1+ year of customer service or sales experience (termite/pest control a big plus)High school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license with clean driving record (must be 21+, company vehicle & gas card provided)Ability to pass background screeningStrong attention to detail and basic math skillsPhysical & Environmental Requirements:This is an active, hands-on role. You must be able to:Work in seasonal weather conditions, damp or dusty environmentsAccess crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and confined areasClimb ladders and work up to 20 feet highFrequently sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawlExperience in general labor, carpentry, roofing, concrete, gutters, or attic work is a plus.Schedule & Flexibility:Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed.
