This unique opportunity offers both professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.Required Skills: Active California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license and DEA certification NNCCPA- board certification in urology or related specialty Proven ability to operate independently with minimal training Strong clinical skills, including hospital and clinic experience in urology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience managing urological surgical cases Familiarity with hospital privileging processes Experience with case logging and documentation for surgical procedures Ability to handle hospital rounding and outpatient clinic seamlessly Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies At least 2 years of current clinical experience in urology Experience working in hospital settings with solo responsibility preferred Valid California medical licenses and active hospital privileges Other Requirements: Willingness to work approximately 8 am to 3 pm in clinic and 3 pm to 5 pm in hospital rounds Guarantee of 8-hour workdays with overtime applying after 8 hours Updated CV with all hospital affiliations needed for privileging Ability to manage hospital privileges and case documentation proactively Reliable transportation and compliance with all applicable licensing and certification standards This is an excellent chance to work in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
