(Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram)Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipelineConduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and present tailored vehicle options that meet their preferences and budgetNegotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitabilityUpsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenueManage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demandUtilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities for optimal customer engagementDeliver compelling presentations and participate in public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings and special promotionsProvide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial contact to finalizing paperworkSupport marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach campaigns to attract new customersMaintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details for reporting purposes RequirementsExcellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued)Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems used within dealership environmentsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficientlyExperience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is preferred but not mandatoryOutstanding customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as part of a team within a fast-paced dealership settingBasic retail math skills for calculating deals, discounts, and financing options Join us if you're eager to drive success in a vibrant automotive environment!
