Crisis Line Clinician (Weekends/Evenings)
Be the calm voice that helps someone find hope in their hardest moment.Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm - 12:00amRemote position, must be a Missouri resident.As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping others through moments of crisis. You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in our rural communities and ensuring they have access to care—anytime, day or night.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phoneAssess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resourcesCollaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standardsParticipate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvementRequirements, Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseAssociate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours requiredBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferredWork Experience/Training/Additional Requirements At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained Working knowledge of DSM-V requiredYou’ll be a great fit for this role if you:Excel at active listening and communicating with empathy and professionalismCan remain calm and focused under pressureAre comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive teamBelieve in the power of connection and recovery for every individual you serveAre motivated by Compass Health Network’s mission to Inspire Hope.
