Join us as an AVP, Credit Card Product Compliance - Product Team Lead and play a critical role in shaping the future of our credit card business. This is your opportunity to influence strategy, ensure regulatory excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire: Provide day-to-day leadership for compliance analysts and specialists, setting priorities, allocating resources, and driving strong execution. Regulatory Expertise: Oversee advisory support for credit card products, ensuring accurate interpretation of laws, regulations, and internal policies. Risk Management: Integrate compliance requirements into product development, marketing, and operations to proactively manage regulatory risk. Quality Assurance: Review and approve risk assessments, testing plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Change Management: Lead oversight of Change Management Risk Assessments (CMRAs) for projects, regulatory updates, and business changes. Issue Resolution: Manage issue triage, control evaluation, and remediation validation, escalating concerns when necessary. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units and risk teams to support informed decision-making and maintain transparency. Reporting & Insights: Prepare compliance dashboards and metrics for senior leadership, delivering actionable insights. What We’re Looking For Experience: 8+ years in compliance and regulatory banking (consumer credit cards preferred); 5+ years of people management experience. Knowledge: Advanced understanding of banking laws and regulations. Certifications: CRCM, CAMS strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain).
