As a Climbing Arborist, you will be an integral member of a tree care team with the primary responsibility of climbing trees and assisting team arborist leaders in performing all tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include: Perform ground tasks, tree climbing, and aerial work in support of specific work assignments, as directed by the arborist group leader Perform all aspects of arboriculture safely including: tree identification, risk assessment, pruning, moving, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and proper maintenance and handling of tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts) Learn, understand, and respect all company safety rules and policies Qualifications include: Passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry Valid drivers license (Class B CDL preferred) Ability to work outdoors year-round in any weather conditions The F.
