Become part of an organization where your expertise matters and your contributions make a difference.Security ClearanceApplicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.ResponsibilitiesThe Future Operations Training Analyst will support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training program by managing customer expectations, assessing training requirements, and coordinating feasible training schedules within the program’s operational environment. This position will apply technical expertise and industry knowledge to analyze and validate training data, identify emerging trends, and help develop innovative solutions for complex and evolving training needs. Analyze training requirements, trends, and program impacts; develop and recommend solutions using data analysis, critical thinking, and project management skills. Coordinate and recommend optimal courses of action to meet program training objectives, leveraging organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills. Plan, coordinate, and track training events and deliverables with Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) stakeholders using collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder-engagement skills. Utilize Excel, Power BI, MS Project and other MS Office tools to validate data, manage schedules, and support program reporting. Prepare clear and compelling training documentation, briefings, and reports using strong written communication and presentation skills.Experience Requirements 8 years of experience serving aboard a U.S. Navy ship.
