Material Handler Forklift Operator (3rd Shift)

Material Handler / Tugger-Forklift Operator Honda Transmission Plant | Russells Point, OH We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Material Handler / Tugger-Forklift Operator to support recycling and material handling operations at the Honda Transmission Plant in Russells Point, Ohio. In this role, you will safely transport materials throughout the facility, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals with forklift and tugger experience who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Shift & Pay Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Safely operate a tugger and forklift to transport materials throughout the facility Move, load, unload, and sort recycling and warehouse materials Receive, process, and document incoming and outgoing shipments Verify shipment contents against packing slips, tickets, and receipts Pull and prepare orders from warehouse inventory Sort and distribute materials to appropriate locations Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Perform manual material handling duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Follow all plant, safety, and environmental guidelines Qualifications 1+ year of forklift operating experience preferred 1+ year of tugger operating experience preferred Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be eligible to obtain a badge for entry into the Honda Transmission Plant Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Forklift: 1 year (Required) Tugger: 1 year (Preferred) Material Handler: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Russells Point, OH 43348 (Required) Work Location: In person
