The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Mainframe Utilities, Mainframes Modernization, Mainframe CICS, Mainframe auto engineering with CAOPS/MVS, and Mainframe systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing mainframe solutions to support our business objectives and drive technological advancements.Required Skills: Mainframe Utilities, Mainframe auto eng--CAOPS/MVS, Mainframe, Mainframes Modernization, Mainframe CICSResponsibilities Lead the design and implementation of mainframe solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the modernization of legacy mainframe systems to enhance performance and scalability. Provide technical expertise in Mainframe CICS to ensure efficient transaction processing. Implement and manage Mainframe Utilities to optimize system performance and resource utilization. Develop and execute strategies for mainframe auto engineering using CAOPS/MVS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mainframe solutions with other enterprise systems. Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for mainframe environments. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mainframe operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mainframe systems. Mentor and guide junior team members in mainframe technologies and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mainframe technologies. Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders on mainframe solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of mainframe processes and methodologies.Qualifications Possess a strong background in Mainframe Utilities and Mainframes Modernization. Demonstrate expertise in Mainframe CICS for efficient transaction processing. Have experience in mainframe auto engineering with CAOPS/MVS. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mainframe technical issues. Exhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mainframe technologies and industry trends. Have excellent mentoring and training abilities for junior team members. Display strong technical documentation skills. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. Demonstrate effective performance tuning and capacity planning skills.
