Platform Software Engineer

We're working with a global aerospace and defense leader that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide. They are a major provider of defense products and services in the United States and a leading producer of commercial aircraft.The Role Streamline tools for software build, test, integration, and automation. Work with product teams to identify unique requirements for software tooling and DevSecOps. Develop and maintain code, integrating software components into a functional system. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex engineering problems. Work on an agile team and execute software research and development projects. Support internal and external customers to remove technical blockers and aid efficient product development.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree. Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). 2+ years of professional programming experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada for Associate level (5+ years for Experienced). 2+ years of experience working on an Agile team using methodologies and tools such as Jira for Associate level (4+ years for Experienced). 2+ years of professional experience in Defense/Aerospace OR with DevSecOps technologies like Kubernetes, Cloud services, GitLab, Terraform for Associate level (4+ years for Experienced).
