We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis to support our growing patient population in an outpatient setting. Compensation & Benefits $80–$90 per hour, based on experience Flexible part-time schedule Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility based on hours) Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays (pro-rated) Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company matching Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities As a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant, you will: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting Provide direct patient care as a bilingual provider, ensuring clear and culturally competent communication in both English and Spanish Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging Prescribe medications and provide patient education within scope of practice Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow NPs/PAs, and support staff Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program Active, unrestricted state license National certification as an NP or PA 2+ years of urology experience preferred; strong and motivated candidates will be considered Fluency in Spanish (required) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Why Doral Health & Wellness?
