Join us and help revolutionize the way students and educators access and interact with learning materials.Position OverviewManagement of the West US regional territoryAssigned quarterly and annual New business targetsResponsible to build 10x pipeline coverage to quota by collaborating with SDR and through direct effortsWill manage active opportunities through all stages of the sales processWhat you will be doing:Create an annual and quarterly territory plan to achieve the assigned quotaWork with Lean Gen and Marketing teams on strategies for assigned territoryAttend Marketing events and plan in-person prospect visits to build pipelineTailor and conduct highly professional and engaging sales presentationsBuild relationships with current customers to generate pipeline and advance dealsMaintain an accurate sales forecastCollaborate with RFP team to assess and respond to tenders in the territoryProvide regular feedback to Marketing and Product on customer and industry trends to improve messaging, positioning, and our product/service offeringsWhat we are looking for:5+ years enterprise sales experience in higher education (high preference for experience in edtech, bookstore, or publisher sales)Proven track record as a top performerA creative and consultative selling approach and ability to present to groups with executives & many stakeholdersHas successfully implemented a sales methodology, applying it rigorously to drive results in a way that will distinguish the company from its competitorsStrong relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivatedBenefitsOur benefits are all aimed at supporting a healthy work-life balance and cultivating a company culture where you can bring your whole, human self to work.Here's what we offer:35 holiday per year - yep, that's not a typo!
