Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous step-down experience required License: Active state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - BLS certification - ACLS certification - NIHSS certification - Ability to float within discipline Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. On-call obligations may require availability for 2-hour callbacks. Charge and precepting duties may be assigned. The candidate should have a completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission. References will be required for submission. A valid driver's license is required. Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
