Senior Program Manager

THIS A FULL TIME IN PERSON POSITION IN HUDSON, NH.Position OverviewThe Senior Program Manager will manage new projects which may include injection molding, secondary operations, and tooling from inception through release to production. This person in this role will interface with the customer as well as the internal product development team (including but not limited to quality, tooling, business development/sales, process, automation, and manufacturing engineering, quality, and production) on new and existing programs. These programs will encompass all aspects related to the building of injection molds as well as overseeing any automation, validating injection molding processes, and secondary operations.Essential Functions·        As the Sr. Program Manager, serves as the primary point of contact with the customer (voice of the customer to GSP and voice of GSP to the customer)·        Act as liaison between various Engineering specialties, Business Development, Quality, and Operations to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs and project requirements·        Drive program execution within healthcare and other regulated environments, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements·        Responsible for tracking key program metrics (tool build timing/costs, process development, inspection/validation, etc.) and driving action based on data·        Lead collaboration with Quality and customers on development and execution of validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP, etc.) with a strong understanding of healthcare validation and other industry expectations·        Organize, plan, and direct program schedules to meet critical milestones·        Provide technical expertise in tooling design, construction, and injection molding processes, including support during project quoting and feasibility reviews·        Oversee all interdepartmental activities to ensure commitments related to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics are achieved·        Apply knowledge of high-precision tooling, tight tolerance molding, and cleanroom manufacturing considerations where applicableEducation, Skills, Training and Experience·        B.S. in Engineering (or related field)·        Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with at least two of the following areas: program management, plastics injection molding processing, or tool design/tool building.·        Substantial healthcare industry experience preferred, including familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485)·        Demonstrated knowledge of tooling design, mold construction, and tool qualification processes·        Experience with tight tolerance, multi-cavity, and high-precision injection molds·        Minimum of 3 years of experience with leading validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), preferably in a regulated environment·        Direct customer interface experience, including technical communication and program leadership·        Experience working within regulated industries (healthcare, automotive, electronics) with preference for medical device programs·        Familiarity with risk management, process validation, and documentation requirements for healthcare manufacturing·        Experience manipulating files with 3D modeling software (SolidWorks) preferredPersonal AttributesTeam player that builds, strengthens, and maintains collaborative relationships with others.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface with key client personnel with a customer service mindset.Strong attention to detail.·        Able to work independently under minimal supervision with a focus on meeting customer requirements in a timely manner.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
