Physical Therapist - 3 days a week - Part Time

Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice in Hamilton, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a part time position. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. Current Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday - total of 24 hours - flexible with hours Duties Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to assist patients in regaining movement and strength Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for continued improvement Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Knowledge of physiology and acute care practices Strong communication skills and empathy for patient care
