Senior Manager of Financial Reporting @ High Growth Distribution Firm

We're working with a High-Growth Consumer and Distribution Services Firm. They are seeking a Strategically driven professional within their Controllership team. This professional will be assisting Finance and M&A Teams along with Executives throughout their businesses. Will be responsible for all Corporate Reporting, Technical Accounting, Asset Acquisitions, and assisting with Audit.Key Focus Areas:Assist with supporting Month-End including related to General Ledger, J/E's, Account Reconciliations, and entities consolidationAssist with preparing financial statement reporting statements including annual, quarterly, and monthly financials ( P&L, BS, Cash flow statements)Creation accounting policies as well as revenue recognition oversightAssist with annual audit.Play an active role in evaluating, developing, implementing and documenting new accounting policies and procedures to respond to changes.Monitor and review all accounting processes to ensure controls.Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices.Forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances.Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must5 years accounting experience out of Public Accounting and Manufacturing, Service Companies, or Distributions Industry also a plusCPA is preferredVery Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Revenue Recognition is neededTeam Management and Staff Development
