Job DescriptionPatrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and securityMonitor surveillance cameras and alarm systemsControl access to buildings by checking identification and issuing visitor badgesObserve and report suspicious activities or security breachesRespond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or disturbancesWrite detailed daily activity and incident reportsEnforce company policies, rules, and regulationsProvide assistance and directions to visitors and staffCoordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessaryMay work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditionsFlexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysMay require long periods of standing or walking QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Valid security guard license (as required by state/local law)Previous security experience preferred but not always requiredStrong observational and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsBasic knowledge of security procedures and emergency responseAbility to stand or walk for extended periods Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
