PTO (40 hours after 90 days and 80 after one year) 40 hours per year of unpaid sick time Company vehicle Hot Breakfast served in the morning Responsibilities The position of Lead HVAC Installer is a key role within Wisler Plumbing & Air. This position is a senior field position that ensures that job schedules are planned for and running smoothly, meeting all job goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with the client, as well as the employees. Demonstrate leadership skills to ensure organizational success: Lead install teams to ensure company standards, policies, and goals are met. Coach and train team members with professional acumen. Apply business management acumen to ensure profitability: Control and manage expenses including labor and materials on install projects and ensure inventory levels meet requirements for projects. Own and manage communications to ensure all stakeholders are clear about project expectations and changes: Communicate with vendors, clients, and coworkers about expectations or changes concerning projects. Ensure company assets are secure and used effectively with minimal downtime and costly repairs through preventative maintenance.
