Key responsibilities include:
Managing Sales Teams: Leading a team of mortgage sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and optimize the sales process.
Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with necessary policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Coaching and training sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Candidate should:
Reside in New Jersey
Be licensed or be eligible to be licensed for residential mortgage loan origination in all 50 states
Be familiar with Total Expert, nCino products, and Encompass
