Who we’re looking for We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated MDM IDQ Developer for a Fortune 100 client. This is a long term role in Plano, TX. What you will bring· Prior Experience leading Informatica Data Quality and MDM projects. The Data Quality Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality procedures and its outputs. The Engineer will leverage the Informatica Data Quality tool IDQ for the profiling of project source data coming into Novants Data Platform. Experience working with MDM. He/she will use IDQ for defining and confirming metadata definition, cleansing and validating source of records data, applying deduplication rules. Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Prior Experience leading Informatica Data Quality and MDM projects The Data Quality Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality procedures and its outputs The Engineer will leverage the Informatica Data Quality tool IDQ for the profiling of project source data coming into Novants Data Platform What You will do · Work directly with customers via phone, Teams, and email to resolve technical issues and identify product defects. · Assist with resolving general product issues and frequently asked questions; take ownership of tickets until full resolution. · Share knowledge with other engineers and develop customer solutions efficiently · Assist in the maintenance of the Talend knowledge base, and create new articles based on recent customer issues. · Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with customers or the internal team · Collaborate with other parts of the Talend organization such as senior support engineers, R&D and the Support escalation team as necessary.
