Materials Control Technician III

Job SummaryCellipont Bioservices is growing, and we are looking for a Materials Control Technician III, who believes in the potential of bridging client's discoveries to patient cures and who want to challenge the status quo and take Cellipont and its clients to the next level. The Materials Control Technician III provides senior level support an mentorship to junior staff regarding all activities related to the receipt, warehousing, distribution of supplies & materials used throughout the company's development, production and administrative support functions.The Role Receive and process inbound product, paperwork, and material for GMP and Non-GMP areas per appropriate SOPs and GMP documentation.Responsible for verification, pick-up, and kitting of requested materials from the warehouse for manufacturing operations.Count and safeguard all material entering the warehouse, prepare necessary documentation, and enter all receipts to the computerized inventory system; immediately identify and report all inbound damaged goods with a copy of the bill of lading or other documentation to the applicable buyer.Responsible for completing paperwork for each task, cleaning procedures, aseptic processing techniques, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and laboratory safety practices and procedures.Strictly adhere to safety and compliance requirements as related to personal protection requirements and safeguard against injury to him/herself and all adjacent personnel.Support activities with other internal operational groups Support shipments of client bulk drug substance, final drug product, and related samplesMaintain and support inventory accuracy, from both a financial and compliance perspective, through robust ERP (in process of implementing) based cycle counting and reconciliation activities Able to maintain and segregate multi-client inventories across a wide range of storage conditions Mentor and guide junior staff and serve as a technical trainer, whenever necessary.Other duties as assigned.The CandidateHigh School Diploma5+ years of relevant experienceSelf-starter with the ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment to meet client deadlines under minimal supervision. Hands-on experience in CDMO Environment preferredHands-on experience with supply chain management systems is a plus.Knowledge of cGMP/ICH/FDA regulations preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
