Job Title : MuleSoft Developer Location : Mexico Remote Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities• Architecture & Design: Design complex, high-performance integration flows and API specifications using RAML/OAS based on API-Led Connectivity (Experience, Process, and System layers).• Development & Implementation: Build, test, and deploy Mule applications using Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime (v4.x), DataWeave 2.0, and various enterprise connectors (Salesforce, SAP, databases, HTTP, JMS).• Security & Governance: Implement robust security patterns within Anypoint API Manager, including OAuth2, JWT, policy enforcement, and encryption.• DevOps & CI/CD: Configure and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions for seamless Mule application deployment.• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous unit testing using MUnit, establish automated testing patterns, and lead performance tuning and heap dump analysis.• Monitoring & Support: Set up advanced logging, alerting, and monitoring dashboards using Anypoint Monitoring, ELK stack, or Splunk to ensure platform health.• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural governance to junior developers, ensuring alignment with integration best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications• Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years specializing directly in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4 mandatory).• Data Transformation: Advanced proficiency in writing complex DataWeave 2.0 transformations for handling JSON, XML, CSV, and flat-file formats.• Cloud & Deployments: Strong hands-on experience deploying to CloudHub 1.0/2.0, Runtime Fabric (RTF), or on-premise clusters.• Integration Patterns: Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP), asynchronous messaging (Anypoint MQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka), batch processing, and error handling frameworks.• Core Engineering: Solid foundation in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, OOP concepts, and SQL/NoSQL databases.Certifications (Highly Preferred): MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
