Serve as the connective tissue between the supply base, engineering, and contract manufacturers - ensuring alignment on specifications, timing, and quality expectations throughout the build process.Process Excellence & Continuous ImprovementOperate with a forensic mindset toward internal processes - consistently evaluating how the team works, identifying inefficiencies, and redesigning workflows for speed and accuracy. Cut through red tape and redefine how supply management operates at LiveWire, building scalable processes that match the pace and ambition of the business.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate across Engineering, Finance, Supply Management, and Contract Manufacturing to establish robust financial targets, project milestones, and deliverables.
