If you enjoy turning complex processes into clear, easy-to-follow instructions—and want to make a real impact on how people learn and work—this is the role for you.What You’ll DoAs a Technical Writer at ENTEK, you’ll play a key role in documenting processes and developing training materials that support our manufacturing operations.You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and cross-functional teams to create clear, accurate, and engaging documentation that helps employees succeed.In This Role, You WillDevelop clear, concise work instructions, SOPs, and training materialsCreate and support online training content, including videos and documentationInterview subject matter experts and gather information for assignmentsObserve manufacturing processes to understand workflows and training needsOrganize and analyze information to produce structured, user-friendly contentIncorporate visuals such as photos, diagrams, and formatting to enhance learningCollaborate with Training & Development staff to review and finalize materialsFollow established processes to publish and distribute training contentSupport training calendars and departmental deliverablesIdentify opportunities to improve documentation and training processesRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in technical writing or process documentationStrong proofreading and formatting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to clearly communicate complex information in a simple, effective wayStrong organizational and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience creating training materials or instructional contentAbility to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersPortfolio or examples of technical writing workYour Work EnvironmentYou’ll primarily work in an office setting, with opportunities to engage directly on the manufacturing floor to observe processes and collaborate with team members.
