Overview RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join our orthopedic service line in Northern New Jersey. This position offers a high-volume, collaborative environment with an established referral base and strong institutional support. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for patients with shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions, including degenerative disease, traumatic injuries, sports-related pathology, and complex reconstructive procedures. Diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical management, perioperative care, and ongoing follow-up. Participate in clinical research and educational activities. Collaborate with physical and occupational therapy, pain management, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position, if hired to work, is $400,000 to $800,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
