Responsible for attending weekly clinical staffing and review of patient treatment plan.3. Directly responsible for medication education with all patients and families.4. Assures patient’s emotional and mental observations are reported to medical and clinical staff and are documented accurately and precisely in the patient chart.5. Teaching and educational groups on the APU schedule.6. Trains LPN’s and MHT’s in charting, vital signs, patient routines, proper vital signs and de-escalation techniques.7. Is an active part of a PI team or other task force of the unit.8. Accepts lecture, educational or marketing assignments as made by the Manager.9. Maintains Therapeutic Options certification up to date.10.
