Systems Test Engineer III

Overview In this role you will serve as a mid-senior Systems Test Engineer within Textron Systems' Electronic Systems domain, supporting the Simulation and Training Team. You will lead design, development, and execution of hardware, software, and systems tests to ensure quality and compliance with specifications for defense-related products. You will own test planning, case development, defect management, and reporting, often guiding junior engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role combines hands-on testing with project leadership, including potential management of direct reports and travel to sites up to 15%.
