The Role:
Lead and manage painting crews to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget
Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure quality work
Provide daily client updates and ensure top-notch customer service
Manage painter performance and job site efficiency
Communicate with leadership and proactively report materials/tools needed
Perform quality checks and ensure everything meets our high standards
Conduct job close walk-arounds with clients to guarantee satisfaction
Read and execute work orders/quotes to ensure scope is followed
Plan and prepare for each job with attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
