Job Title: IT PM with ServiceNow (M&A) Location: NYC, NY (Need Local candidate within 40 miles) Job Description:Client is seeking support for ongoing IT M&A integration activities tied to multiple brand acquisitions and integrations across the organization. The environment involves coordination across North America and Partner's teams, creating the need for strong project management, governance, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical workstreams.The initial scope is focused on the Color WOW integration, with additional initiatives such as CREED expected to follow. The role also requires operating within Client's evolving SNOW driven project management environment supporting governance, workflow management, and integration delivery activities. Objectives:The engagement will focus on delivering the following activities:Support engagement initiation and integration scoping activities by confirming governance expectations, coordination model, key stakeholders, delivery priorities, and SNOW requirements across ongoing integration initiatives.Provide integration planning and governance support through project tracking, reporting, milestone management, stakeholder coordination, escalation management, and communication across North America and Partner's teams.Support execution coordination and standardized integration delivery activities by facilitating alignment across business and technical workstreams and operating within Client's evolving SNOW driven project management framework. Detailed approach Engagement Initiation & Scoping:Conduct kick-off sessions with Client's and Partner's stakeholders to confirm scope, governance expectations, delivery priorities, and coordination modelAlign on project management processes, reporting structure, escalation paths, and SNOW workflow expectations supporting integration activitiesIdentify key stakeholders, business owners, technical teams, and coordination points across ongoing and future integrations Integration Planning & Governance:Establish project governance, milestone structure, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication mechanisms aligned with integration prioritiesDefine integration planning assumptions, dependencies, resource coordination requirements, and cross-functional engagement model supporting execution activitiesConfirm expected level of project management support including governance meetings, status reporting, timeline tracking, issue management, and executive updates Execution Coordination & Delivery Support:Support coordination across business and technical workstreams to facilitate integration execution, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and project tracking activitiesFacilitate communication between North America and Partner's stakeholders to ensure alignment across integration activities and governance expectationsSupport onboarding and execution within Client's SNOW driven project management environment and standardized governance framework Deliverables:Integration governance and stakeholder mappingProject management and reporting framework aligned with SNOW requirementsIntegration plan, milestone tracking, and coordination structureEscalation, issue management, and stakeholder communication approach Assumptions:Client and Partner's stakeholders will support onboarding and coordination activitiesExisting governance processes, project documentation, and SNOW workflows will be sharedInitial scope will focus on the Color WOW integration with additional integrations potentially followingHybrid coordination across US and global teams will be required throughout the engagement Objectives:Confirm integration scope, stakeholders, and governance expectationsAlign on project management processes, reporting, and SNOW requirementsEstablish integration planning assumptions, coordination model, and delivery priorities.
