We have hundreds of large customers, corporations in Germany and in other European countries.Be the new quality assurance expert in network monitoring within the Cisco ThousandEyes environment!Your role:Support the team in a dynamically growing monitoring area, especially in the Cisco ThousandEyes technology environment. You have network knowledge that helps you fill the knowledge gaps of current team members – whether it's about technical implementation, analysis, or support.Qualifications What we expect from you (Must Have):At least 1 year of experience in network monitoring.Knowledge or experience in using Cisco ThousandEyes.English language skills at least at B2 level.At least 1 year of experience in implementing, configuring, and automating monitoring solutions.Confident knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS).Experience in monitoring network architectures and endpoints.Comprehensive understanding of network monitoring concepts and best practices.Ability to recognize typical network and performance issues (e.g., differences between MPLS, SD-WAN, Dark Fiber).Ability to analyze monitoring data and create reports based on them.Ability to communicate technical information clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical audiences.Advantage, but not a requirement (Nice to Have):Knowledge or experience in using Cisco ThousandEyes.German language skills.Experience in analyzing monitoring data and creating reports.Ability to recognize and interpret network problems.Certifications in network monitoring or cloud technologies.What we offer:Work in a technologically exciting and developing area.Have a real impact on the reliability and performance of our services.Develop further in a supportive, learning-oriented team, whether as a specialist.If you enjoy working in a network environment, are interested in quality assurance, and want to develop in the Cisco ThousandEyes technology, apply to us now!Additional information:* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.Privacy Notice Imprint
