Internal Medicine Physician Assistant

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Duncanville, TX, seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team, part-time, in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role will be WEEKENDS ONLY !Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planningManage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditionsEnsure accurate and timely documentation in EMRWeekends only: Available to be onsite Saturday and SundayRequired Qualifications:Active Physician Assistant license in TexasActive DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as an APPExperience managing adult/geriatric patient populationsStrong clinical decision-making and time management skillsComfortable working independently in an SNF settingPreferred Experience:Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experienceBackground in internal medicine and/or geriatricsExperience with orthopedic, stroke, or pain management patientsSchedule & Setting:Weekends Only!
